All orders will be processed after full payment has been successfully received. Processing time usually takes 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for your reference.

We use trusted courier services to deliver your parcels. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier operations. Estimated delivery within Malaysia is usually between 2–5 working days, but delays may occur during peak seasons, sales periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact number during checkout. Personal Shopper By Sha will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

All items are checked carefully before shipping to ensure they are in good condition. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service.
